Designed for instructors currently using our curriculums, this
page provides us with a way to communicate the most recent information about
our curriculums on a regular basis. We'll include update information,
corrections to known problems, and other important teaching information.
Corrections to known problems
In this section, we'll be describing problems with current versions of our
curriculums. And your help is much appreciated. If you have suggestions, or if
you discover problems or mistakes, be sure to
email us to let us know. We'll
update the related material and post a notice on this page. We'll also include
updated files (.pdf or PowerPoint), so you can immediately incorporate the
updated material in your classes.
6/17/02: Corrected pages for workbooks in machining center and turning
center curriculum
About 75-100 workbooks in each curriculum have been shipped with three
incorrect pages. Unfortunately, we have no way of tracking where
these
went. The mistakes are all related to the process list specified in certain
programming activities. The last operation or two in the process for these
activities is missing. If your students have purchased workbooks having missing
operations, it will complicate the task of completing these three programming
activities. Unfortunately, you probably won't know that some of your students
have these workbooks until class begins, which may make it difficult for us to
replace them on a timely basis. For this reason, corrected pages follow in .pdf
format. Please print these pages and distribute as needed.
In this section, we'll let you know when we have updated curriculum
materials. Note that we do our best to notify instructors about these updates
through email and articles in our Instructor

shows are much more interactive. You can now link (during your presentation) to
main topics, keeping you from having to know the slide number for the topic.
Fly-in text boxes – that help you stay on track during
every lesson
Instructor Notes manual– Parallels what we do with audio
guidance, but in text format. Note that a hard copy of this manual is not
included with the free update, but is included in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format on
the CD-rom disks.
Review slide presentation – A list of bullet points for
each lesson containing main topics to help you remember information to review.
