Conversational Turning Center Programming And Operation
Fifteen hours of presentation on eight video tapes!
This course is ideal for those shops that have Fanuc conversational (FAPT)
turning centers but under-utilize the machine because they don't know how to
program in conversational format. A conversational turning center used to its
fullest advantage can save countless programming hours, especially when
production quantities are low and there is little repeat business. Note that
this course will apply nicely to any 3TF, 10TF, 15TF, or any Fanuc turning
center control that has SuperCAP.
This 15 hour course is broken into three sections. In the basic programming
section, we use the key concepts approach to cover the basic conversational
programming steps. In the operation section, students will be shown how to
operate the NC side of conversational controls. And in the advanced techniques
section, we show many shortcuts to programming even very complicated jobs.
Along the way, students will get plenty of practice - right on your own
control (we assume you have a control available for practice). The answers to
many practice exercises will be shown right on the video.
