Now it's easier than ever to place an order
with us using our secure
On-line Store!
The on-line store uses a shopping
cart system that is fully integrated with our
product information. To view information about a
specific product, you can click on the ON-LINE
STORE link in the upper-left corner of our web
page. This will display the On-line Store
Directory, which provides links to each specific
product item, the items price, and the ability
to [ADD
] items to the
shopping cart. You can also view product
information by using the series of vertical
links along the left side of our page.
Whenever you see an item you'd like
to purchase, simply click the
[ ADD TO CART ] link
next to the item description and price. You'll
be shown the current status of the shopping cart. Use your browser's BACK button to
continue shopping. When your finished, press the
CHECK OUT button to complete your order.
You also can use the VIEW ORDER link to
view the current contents of the shopping cart
at any time.
Payment
alternatives

(Visa, MasterCard, or American Express)
completing the transaction using our secure
server. Second, you can print your completed
order form and then send or fax it to us
(including credit card information, check, or
money order). Our address and fax number are
provided on the form. Third, you can request
that we contact you by phone to take your credit
card information (called a telephone order
during checkout). If you would rather not use
our on-line store, you can still, of course,
place your order by phone. Call us at

unless otherwise approved prior to sale.
Special note for orders shipped
outside the United States
Many countries impose an import
duty for products coming into their country. As
shippers, we must include the value of contents
(usually a copy of the invoice) on shipments
going to other countries (including Canada and
Mexico). Your country's customs people may or
may not impose a duty and we have no way of
knowing this prior to shipping. If they do, it
will be your responsibility to pay it upon
delivery.
